Stop rekeying data
The annual cost to US companies of poor-quality data is $3.1 trillion (source IBM). Our no-code Automation-as-a-Service platform helps organizations solve this problem, in a few hours, by creating standard operating procedures and delivering straight-through processing.

Generate applications from existing content
Take that ‘onboarding checklist’, but it can be any of your forms, records, contracts, or compliance documents, and with no training ‘tag it’, ‘upload it’, ‘automate it’ and ‘publish it’.
For example, you want to send the employee HR data in the onboarding checklist to Workday. To SAP you want to send the employee payroll data, and to Jira you want to submit an IT equipment request.

Integrate your organization's systems
Simply select the outbound integration option from the 'properties’ dropdown and create the integrations for Workday, SAP and Jira. These integrations can be for any systems that are REST enabled.
Now, whenever an onboarding checklist is submitted, the data seamlessly creates or updates records in these target systems.

Straight through processing
To reduce friction and automate even more of the process, the onboarding checklist itself can be populated from another system. For example, using data from SuccessFactors.
Straight through processing.
In a couple of hours, you can create an application in Kim and use the data to generate and self-serve documents, analyze the data and/or send the data to one or more of your existing systems.

Data Rekeying
Manually rekeying data involves taking data from one source and manually inputting it into another system or application. While this process may seem simple, it comes with a host of risks that can negatively impact an organization's operations and bottom line.
Kim removes the need to rekey data because you input the data once, and it seamlessly populates your other systems.

What people say
Andrew Powell, CIO
We are using Kim Document to automate our supplier questionnaires and related documents as part of our vendor onboarding process. It was quick to make live and has helped reduce time and effort onboarding new suppliers.
Tony McKenna, Director of Information Technology
Kim Document, for us, was a no-brainer due to the simplicity of use and the attractive price point. Kim will help the firm automate those documents that aren’t high value enough to justify a full-blown document automation platform but where they would still like control over the data collected.
CISO, International Bank
Kim gives organizations the ability to have no-code form creation which enables unstructured data to be put in a structured format.
Ann Pruitt, Executive Director
Kim’s no-code Document and Automation-as-a Service Platform empowered us to automate our legal helpline process, enabling our service to scale exponentially and allowing team members to deliver value at the highest level.
