Follow our step-by-step guide below on how to sign up for Kim Document and get started by automating your first document.
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3...4!

Step 1 - Pick Your Region
Select the region where you would like your Kim Document to be hosted and the document stored (EU, UK or USA).

Step 2 - Sign Up & Register
Enter your details and click 'Sign Up'. You will be sent an activation code via email. Use the activation code to register with Kim for a two-week free trial.

Step 3 - Import Document
Import the document you have chosen by clicking 'Import' from the 'Import External Application' box.

Step 4 - Use
Once you have imported the document, it creates a category in the left-hand menu. When you click on the category select the application (document) you want to generate from the list that is presented. When you click on the document, a web form will pop up. Simply enter the data, click on submit and the document will be automatically generated.
You can then send this document to a colleague/external party by email, or share with or send a link to an internal/external party.
